(SEEDS)

The main strength of the organization is the group of long experienced & trained professional staffs like, Health staff, Agriculturists & social analysts, on the other hand SEEDS has build capacity of the group members in the area of social mobilization health care, water and sanitation etc. through the long intervention of various project. It has also been utilizing the local resources and expertise in view to establish the sustainable development model. The organization has also sufficient training facilities like full-fledged training centers with lodging, cooking, dinning facilities centrally and regionally and training aids facilities with sufficient training personnel. 

SEEDS has a total of 42 (around 36% are female) permanent and temporary staffs. These staffs receive comprehensive training on development issues and received task based training to carry out their responsibilities efficiently In addition most of the staffs have long and outstanding experiences in implementing community based development program. In-addition to these staffs, SEEDS has 20 community volunteers for supporting program activities in specific ethnic community like, tea garden workers, most of them are from sectoral ethnic group. Staff strength by gender qualification place of posting and their working experience is given below.
